Tralyxen d.o.o. ("Tralyxen", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor of tralyxen.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.

2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address that you voluntarily submit via the subscription form. We also collect IP address, device type and behaviour on the site, but only if you have given us your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data in order to send the newsletter about investment opportunities, to analyse the use of the site, to comply with legal obligations and to keep our systems secure.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with the laws of Croatia and the European Union.
5. Retention period
Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw your consent. Analytics data is stored for a maximum of 26 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object. Requests can be sent to privacy@tralyxen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

If we transfer data outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

We apply technical and organisational measures such as encryption, access control and regular security testing.
